In this video, we chat with Jeremy Hyams, Chief Executive Officer at Claims Consortium Group. When he founded Claims Consortium Group 21 years ago he had the vision to make a positive impact on the way property insurance claims were handled.
Through this time he has never wavered from his focus on the customer, and it has led to some exciting challenges and some amazing achievements – and he's as proud and excited to be in business now as he was when he started out.
Jeremy sees his role as three big things:
1. To champion my business
2. To innovate and push the boundaries of what’s thought possible
3. To advocate better standards across our industry.
He believes that if he can be true to these goals then there can only be great outcomes – great for their business, staff, customers, clients, and suppliers. Claims Consortium Group endeavour to support their community through a range of initiatives and their staff play an important and active role in this.
